And YES THEY CAN, AND HAVE. It's called purging; all the little gases from decomposition and liquids start to put pressure on the body, like a water balloon building up. If it becomes too extreme, the body can leak the decomp fluids out of any hole available: The mouth, the butt, an IV line, the ears ... There was purge in a woman I was working on, I lifted her head and she purged right onto my hands. I'm so desensitized at this point that I just kind of went "...Aight, time to change my gloves."
