Yes, mortician.

 

2. How many drinks have you had since the quarantine started?

Like … 2. Alex used to be a bartender and I just shove anything into my mouth that is in front of me and edible/drinkable.

 

3. If you have kids... Are they driving you nuts?

No, my plants have been quiet. Too quiet.

 

4. What new hobby have you taken up during this?

Trying to get back into reading, but I taught my boyfriend how to cross-stitch. He loves it.

 

5. How many grocery runs have you done?

At least once or twice a week. I make a lot of instant pot food that lasts us quite a while, and if not that then Alex will make Korean food of some variety.

 

6. What are you spending your stimulus check on?

Entirely on my mortuary education. :(

 

7. Do you have any special occasions that you will miss during this quarantine?

My best friend’s wedding, my and my bf’s birthday… Amongst regular holidays.

 

8. Are you keeping your housework done?

When I am home I’m choking down Embalming Tomes, so it’s not as clean as it should be.

 

9. What movie have you watched during this quarantine?

TOTAL RECALL AND IT WAS SO STUPID AND GREAT. Also Hausu!

 

10. What are you streaming with?

Roku, and whatever I can get my mitts on.

 

11. 9 months from now is there any chance of you having a baby?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

 

12. What's your go-to quarantine meal?

Ramdon (Ramen/Udon, it was in Parasite but Alex and his family have been making it for years), pork and cabbage over rice, uhhhhhhhhhh Air……..

 

13. Is this whole situation making you paranoid?

I HAVE SEEN TOO MANY DEAD PEOPLE

 

14. Has your internet gone out on you during this time?

Consistently and it’s making me insane

 

15. What month do you predict this all ends?

A while, but I think orders will be taxed around mid-late summer… I hope

 

16. First thing you’re gonna do when you get off quarantine?

Go thrift shopping! Oooohh I miss it…

 

17. Where do you wish you were right now?

In the forest, alone, on a mountain, with Bigfoot. No human contact. No COVID. Just ticks and Lyme disease.

 

18. What free-from-quarantine activity are you missing the most?

Concerts and skate parks and seeing friends…

 

19. Have you run out of toilet paper and hand sanitizer?

Nope, I’ve had a stock for a while. I only ran out of paper towels when my garbage disposal broke a few weeks ago

 

20. Do you have enough food to last a month?

Hell no, I’m in the US. Do you think anyone has money?

I’m guessing your partner is Korean... I’m half Korean, and (cheap) ramen is totally my childhood comfort food but my partner hates it and my son is allergic to many brands (egg noodles, and I like to throw an egg in regardless) and since we’re pretty much together at every single meal right now there’s just no chance for me to have any... if I could get it, anyway XD

My boyfriend is half Korean as well! His mom, the Korean one, cooks a lot so I'm always shoving japchae down my throat or tteokkbokki. It sucks that your son is allergic to it, there's a chance he will maybe grow out of it? Alex was allergic to pork, peanuts, and some other things throughout his childhood and now no more.

Throwing in the egg is mandatory honestly, mmmm, I can just picture the runny yolk right now... Made me hungry.

Apparently 90% of children grow out of egg allergies by the time they start school, so I’m crossing my fingers that’s true for him.

I wasn’t raised much by my Korean parent (mum) as she left when I was young, but the flavour is definitely ingrained in my taste buds.
